Texture, Model & Animation Help Help Blender: Baking

I've been trying to bake this high poly model into this low poly. And I can't get it to work, I'm following the directions on any of these 3 tutorials but it won't work for me. Sad

HighPoly object on top of the LowPoly object. The black one is the LowPoly with a default texture applied to it. My settings are correct in the bottom right?
I also upgraded my Blender to 2.61 or something, I read somewhere in that a version in 2.5 had broken the Baking.
