Something that confused me.

Hey guys,
I was just thinking of the time you enter the morgue and as soon as you get

the vaccine
and go towards the door to leave and then
Spoiler below!
Mr.Tall tries to enter the room
, well what I'm wondering is how the hell did he get up there in the 1st place since he has to climb a ladder and has a big meat cleaver hand. Now I know that he's meant to spawn there but still it's not that logical for him to be there at all.

So have any of you had strange moments like this think that something not right.
