Exchange 2 rooftextures at once?

Hello! I've got the best idea for a map ever and there's only one thing stopping me.

I have a non-damaged roof first, then i want it to be changed with the mansionbase damaged roof in a matter of microseconds and put a fancy effect on it.

Is there any possibility to make this happen?
