Humanoid enemies tend to creep me out way more than mutated animals or other weird creatures usually do.

It's good to see that the plague-ridden humanoids in Ep2 are intelligent enough to use tools for their advantage. There's a good chance that they have some other tricks in their (non-existing) sleeves as well.
