What is the character feeling about this? Is he puzzled, has he come to terms with his amnesia, or is he even annoyed or frustrated? It's easy to just say "Do this line." and then pick an actor who just happened to randomly pick the closest character. If you want a character with emotion, specify all that you can about him: Age, profession, personality, current emotional state, background, and so on. As actors, voice actors have ranges beyond their normal everyday voice.

PS: The attached recording is low quality, and the background fluttering was probably due to the neighbor playing music at the time.
