Strange problem with my custom walls/floors.

Hey people i've got some problem and i hope the people of the frictional board could help me out some.

I have this weird problem with my custom models. I've made a couple of walls before and they all worked out fine until yesterday when i was making this bathroom wall. When i opened this wall in the HPL Model Viewer it didn't show up with the proportions it should've had. It was just a square pretty much (it's the same size and shape as the white outlines in the picture).

So i tried saving the model again (using maya) and wen't back into the HPL Viewer, now it looked like it was supposed to.

In the level editor the white outline still is the size of the messed up model but when i place it in the world it's the right size.

Do anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks in advance.
