I am afraid it will not. However, you can hand edit and get any resoltuion you want. In "My Documents/Penumbra/Black Plague/", open settings.cfg and then you can edit ScreenWidth and ScreenHeight.

Also, the game will change the aspect to fit the screen resolution!
