Water step sound?

It's quite hard understanding your first question, you want the watersounds to play when not moving in water correct? You'll just have to replace the footstep sounds in the directory.
As for the green water there are several different water textures you can choose from, just create a plane and go to /textures/Water and it will give you several textures to choose between.
