Like Your Computer said. To say it easy, and to let it work.
When editing your story, you need it in the 'entities' folder in your game. Create a folder Custom and put it in there. Then after you edited the story and it's all done. Create a folder called 'entities' in your Custom Story folder and put the folder 'Custom' in there. And done, it works in-game.
