Those billboards on the mushrooms look out of place. They would look funny if you were a really far distance away. IMO

Same goes for the water puddle underneath it. The area looks bright enough around it. But that decal shows up really bright in darker areas giving off a weird look if your far away.

Not knocking your suggestions, I appreciate the input, but how do the billboards look funny? The mushrooms are a stylistic choice, I wanted to broaden the color palette of the sewer area a little more, and glowing blue mushrooms have a certain air of mysticism to them, that I found interesting in contrast with the dirty, oppressive nature of a sewer. It's not supposed to be a real thing that one finds in an average sewer, anyways. Flights of fancy are fun!

And yeah, I wish I could do something about the super bright water, but it's the least obtrusive one I could find- I kinda hate how water (that isn't expensively rendered reflecting water) uses cubemaps to become super bright in the dark. I wanted to give the mushrooms a sense of moisture, though.
