I have also emailed them, being as detailed as possible. Personally I'm not surprised; the game was just released today I can't think it would be too unusual they would have a problem or two.
Here's hoping that we receive a timely response.
EDIT: forgot to mention - though I'm sure it's pretty clear - redownloading it again didn't change anything. Ah well.
