In all seriousness though OP, no one will take this seriously; you're asking for quite a bit. Based on your post you make it sound as though you have a few ideas but won't do much of the work. You're also asking for very advanced knowledge of HPL2. Making the naked corpse walk natural/smooth is something I'm sure very very few modelers in this forum could do (perhaps Acies if anyone). Also, you mentioned the mapping needs to be "dream like"; the idea of mods based around dreams is almost unoriginal due to the large amount of them appearing now.

I know everything seems overwhelming, but you will do the best if you learn everything by yourself. Chances are you don't need fancy new animated models/particles, you just need to be creative and work with the defaults of the HPL2 engine (which is a very large amount of resources).

Tl;dr sounds like you want everyone to do the work for you.

I rate it 3 memes.
