Random mutterings

Hey guys, I was wondering if it was possible, without a FC, to be able to create random mutterings (like the one Daniel does very rarely in the main story)? Things like "Someone's there!"? Very soft spoken, random events to make the player even more uneasy. I want to know if you can record your own, and then have them play randomly just like the main game.
