How to make credits and more! Help!

So I'm at the end of my short custom story and I can't find help on how to make my story go to the credits. This is how I want it to play out. So the guy walks through a door which leads to this open room. Then as he continues to walk into the room the door behind him slams. I already have the door slamming part down and thats all set up, and I also want the character to look at the door as it slams. Then when the door slams is when I want it to cut to credits. I'm very new to this process and need a lot of help! Any info would be appreciated! Even a link to a page or thread.
