A good chance too add a few thoughts to my previous post: for the models being reused from the previous game (crates, tables, carpets, etc), you should invest some time into polishing the textures a bit - a good texture can have a significant impact on visuals, and Amnesia could benefit from that (generally, they should be a bit less saturated - not the rendered game itself, or the lighting effects, but the
texture maps, and they could be somewhat more realistic - use photo-references).
For that job, find someone with a good eye, in your team, or from a 3rd party.
Also, given that the context of the new game is different, you can even completely replace some of the old textures for something that's designed specifically for this game, while utilizing the same old models.
