@HumiliatioN - I agree, I think spoken words are more immersive than on screen messages and Call of Cthulhu was really ideal for that purpose.
@JMFStorm - Originally, I had the monster turn into a poofer after the first encounter, then I thought it would be cool for him to roam the house looking for the player.
Forgot to mention earlier, if anyone finds any bugs in my demo, please let me know, I've gone over it so many times but it can be easy to miss things.
I've got some solid ideas now for the next map, which will be a sewer level
