Custom Entities

Hello, Frictional!

So, as you can tell from the title, I need some help creating a custom entity. What I would like to happen is (i know how to do it once I get the entity made) have a custom made creepy girl, which I have already made in 3DS max, appear down a long hallway.

So, how do I approach this? I have an idea, but still no plan for how to.
