Why is there "No Description"

However I try to add a description to my custom story it seems like I cannot.. am I missing something blatantly obvious?

My folder structure looks like this...

'maps' (folder)
'custom_story_settings.cfg'
'extra_english.lang'
'heistlogo.png'

and inside my extra_english is just this... does somebody know what's wrong?
