I hate spiders.... help

I do not like the things. Where I live during the summer they tend to all gather up in my basement to avoid the heat and dryness, and because of that I've seen ones verging on turantulas. Once I was watching TV in y basement, and I hear something rustling on the cushion next to me. I look over, and right there is a FUCKING MASSIVE SPIDER HAPF THE SIZE OF MY HEAD AN INCH AWAY FROM MY FOOT. I shat a brick, was not fun. About wolf spiders, we seriously get those 24/7 all over the place. They used to gross me out, but there are so many you just learn to ignore them. Also I have spiders living somewhere around my bed that bite me in my sleep once every few weeks just to fuck with my mind. Yeah I don't like them.
