Ah, well that's due to the angle. There are red shadows cast on the ground from each window at ground level, and the windows up on the second level cast red light on the roof below. It's very hard to tell in those pictures because it's bright, which almost makes the red spotlights invisible. Plus, the stone walls are blocking the lights on the ground. They are there, I assure you. Plus, I added more billboard light rays to accompany the glow so it is more apparent they are casting light outwards.
