extra_english file help?

At the end of "Note_incidentreport_Text" you hit enter before the </Entry> resulting in the text editor (at least my text editor) to interpret it as a new entry. I don't think that could cause it to not function, but I would try to tidy things like that up.

The real problem:

"Note_heimrichsmissive3_Text" You didn't close the entry properly; it should be </Entry>, but you have <Entry>

That seems to be the only real issue.
