Don't take this the wrong way...but something tells me you wouldn't have minded if the picture didn't have a pony, and the altered picture was still popular.

Depends. Yes the pony bothers me because if you look at deviant art. A home site for thousands of talanted artworkers. but is now being filled whit MLP all over the place and seeing those "artworks" (if they can even be called like that...) being more popular than original works.

but to fully answers your question I would still mind if someone used my work (whit my authorization) and became even more popular than my own.
