Kadjane; it was announced by Black Plagues distributer I believe. And the staff would have stopped the rumors flying around to remove bad publicity.

The main reason why they haven't come out of the closet with the game yet is:
1: They're too shy.
2: The expansion might be in limbo, and they would rather not make an official announcement when there's a small chance it won't work out
3: Get finances together and plan the game out
4: Make a scene or two to show off in the announcement.
