Weird Mouse+Alt moving in editor

In the level editor there is a button, "LT". This locks the camera to the grid. I'm sure you know it's there, but maybe if you turned that on in that level maybe it helped.

Is it the level with the rope? Or is it with _redux at the final? Because I think I've learned how to make a rope in there
