Well, it seems like there's quite some people in this thread

My opinion: Kids should be more controlled. The internet is the internet. There's a lot of people, and kids (as natural) think they are the center of earth. Parents take care of 'em, they have friends, they have a value, etc.

They think that when playing an internet game it will be similar. The truth is hard, but, nope.

They should assume that they play with unknown people and that they are just another player. I must say too that there's people who abuses of them and it's not ok.

About that COD thing: I don't want to start ANOTHER CoD thing, but that game is specially designed for kids. Think about it. I've played the first CoD and it's pretty damn good. As more people knew it, more bulls**t it became. Then, the game makers saw that kids were the main audience (with teenagers too) and made games specially for them.

TF2 is a really good game, and, if you do it ok, people normally tolerates you. Kids are really intolerant sometimes, and that is what makes people angry a lot of times.
