Killings in Atstadt full conversion troubles

There's no readme, and everyone expects me to know how to install these things right off the bat. Why? That's horseshit. Angry *ahem* Anyway... I want to put in said full conversion mod, but there aren't any instructions, no defined way, and nobody seems to have an answer able. I put the folders in the proper places, and when I run the .BAT for the mod, all I get is the game requesting the serial number. Huh how do
