I fixed it, here:

    <Entry Name="Note_YourNoteName_Name">TITLE</Entry>

    <Entry Name="Note_YourNoteName_Text">BRIEF TEXT</Entry>

    </CATEGORY>

"YourNoteName" is the name of the Note paper in the Level Editor! c:
