Help in Sewers (level 4)

I'm stuck just after you flip the first cleansing control switch. ive raised the first 2 gates but ive been swimming around aimlessly trying to figure out what to do next!

You remember seeing boxes in the control room/office?

If you swim all the way to the end theres a small platform with an experiemental cleaning switch. Do NOT flip that yet. Instead, grab the boxes out of the office and throw them in the water when you get to a dead end to hop across and flip cleansing control switch #2
