Lightning isn't that color first of all, and it'd be blinding, and are you fucking serious windows don't have pointlights cause its night. Light is coming through the window so then the window would be illuminated by that light due to the properties of the glass. Also, only post screenshots of finished environments or state that this environment in particular is unfinished. And that's from screenshots I can see, I'm not judging the custom story I'm judging the mapping from the screenshots as said before.

Considering that the THIRD statement in the OP says

It should be pretty damn obvious that the screenshot all show WIP areas.
