Notes Problem

No matter what I try, I can't seem to get anything onto my notes. I can't find anything wrong with my .lang file, so maybe you guys can. I need this for a school project I'm doing, and would appreciate help ASAP. All I need this for are the notes, AND I CAN'T GET THEM TO WORK.
(The Note names aren't in order due to me being to lazy to organize them)
