Portcullis valve

Hello!

In my custom story, I am looking to create a portcullis that is opened by rotating a valve using the mouse (pretty much the same as in the cellar archives)

Now, I know how to use levers to open swing, but not how to use a valve to raise a portcullis.

Any help would be appreciated!
