No I'm not a lawyer, I don't know much about copyrights, so that's why i write "I think", like you did. But why would you come here and threaten me and everyone else with legal action if you know nothing either. Btw, this is the internet and you clearly don't know how things work here, but if you have the resources to track and sue someone who uses your content be my guest
Just saying that your approach to copyright and making money of your mod doesn't cope well here. We are all willing to help, but you have to trust that we won't violate and take credit for your work, instead of threatning us, which will probably just annoy us to do just that.

Go watch this, and you will probably understand what i'm saying.

And please don't be mad. If you don't want to be judged, then go tell your friends to test your map.

I'm nit mad atvall, and No I don't want to earn money on my cs. I made my cs so people will enjoy it. I know how the internet works just fine so dont wory. Ty for the replay anyway

3. I think i can...The cs is desinged by me, and if you didnt notice nobody likes that someone uses his code/map etc. without asking or at least give him credit for. So please, don't talk about stuff you have no clue about.

I'm sorry good sir, but. you cannot sue me legally for taking this CS and useing it as my own. given that you dont;

Own or have expressed permission to sell anything created with the HPL2 game engine.

Own or have expressed permission to ANY of the entities, static objects or ANYTHING in the redist folder for that fact (the exception being any custom entities, static objects ect)

The only thing you could "sue" me for is the use of your IDEA for the cs. however, you have to have proof that you came up with it before me. and given that you dont know where i live nor have any legal access or right to, it certainly sucks! to be you.

However, as a general code decent people live by, we dont steal any idea's maps, or whole scripts. however part of scripts I personally have no problem using in my own cs.
