What is your favourite video game soundtrack?

I love the Penumbra music. Sometimes I'll play just the music in my room, in the dark, with no one else around, and sometimes THAT is enough to send a shiver up my spine. Ahh, the memories! :

To name a few others:
Age of Empires (the series in general) tends to have good music
Imperium Galactica 2
Half-Life 2 (although mainly because they only have music for the dramatic parts)
Grand Theft Auto tends to have good music on at least ONE radio station (yes, I know--it's commericial music they play, but that doesn't mean it's not good!)

There's probably others, but for the life of me I can't think of anything at the moment.
