Oooh are we sharing screenshots now?

OW! D: You hit me :c

I'm not a veteran; the only thing I'm even slightly good at is mapping. Please don't hit me again :'c

As for Amn: Get rid of the screen effect. It's only noticeable in a few places and, although it's a neat concept, it doesn't really do anything to benefit your map :)

Also, in case I don't show up again for a few days, this is my city at the moment: http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5340/90986...5aec_z.jpg Yay floods

Spoiler below!

Also, I suck at detailing non-mansion-base environments; any advice?

Yes, the black hole of doom is intentional c: But seriously, candles are starting to get boring. Also, I fragmented it because... well, it looked neat but I'm leaving out a corridor in that picture because I haven't detailed it enough to my standard of obsession

Also, everyone else here is totally going to serve my butt to me on a silver platter with their amazing custom assets and castle-base temples of amazing.

Oh, and source of inspiration: http://zerg118.deviantart.com/art/Servan...-180709181

Let's see, what can I say about this so far? Uhm, 1600 static decals, 40 decals, 140 particle systems, 20 lights, a hell of a lot of candles. Also, you can apply decals to primitives underneath static decals so they don't get that weird flickering/opaque effect (I'm sure you all knew that) and it looks kind of neat (like on the wall with the candles). I can't think of anything else I learned so far from doing this that I can share that may be helpful.
