Windows purchases

Hi,

Is it possible to purchase the Collection for Windows NOT on Direct2Drive / Steam / Gamersgate? I hate getting games on these types of platforms, as convenient as it is. I've not seen these games in store (especially not for US$5 for the special this weekend =P), so that's not an option unless someonecan provide locations in Canada.

I don't want to deal with companies where they can revoke which games I can play, especially for a completely single player experience. Ask anyone who's purchased "1984" and "Animal Farm" from Amazon for their e-book reader. =p (http://pogue.blogs.nytimes.com/2009/07/1...an-others/)
