I bet you can play Penumbra with that graphics card, but the graphics card is not everything. You can check your specs by going into: Control panel\System.

Here is your OS, memory, processor etc.

For a more indepth check of your specs, continue on to the Hardware tab in the system window. And click the Device manager. You get a list of all the devices running inside your computer right now.
