I don't understand this either. If they modify the engine in a way that changes how well the game runs, give us a demo so we won't be wasting money on stuff we can't run.

Make a horror game too long and you risk the player figuring out the AI and gameplay mechanics, thus diminishing the experience.

Too Awesome to Use item for me and I had loads of oil and tinderboxes by the end. If anything, I'm excited to see how they will handle the light/dark mechanics in AAMFP.
