This time we wanted something that fitted the game and was not some jumble of words And I can at least assure you that "Amnesia - The Dark Descent" is a quite accurate description of the game in more than one way.

It may sound nice in a Swedish translation, quite possibly, but to me, "The Dark Descent" really does sound like someone jumbled words together but was sane enough to have the words make some sense. It sounds akin to something generic sounding such as "dark death." A good name for this game would be, say, "Unknown." It's basically the same as "Amnesia," but less saying "Hey, you start out with amnesia."
