AMFP Items for Custom Stories

Hello everyone, I'm making a custom story and i'm making a level outside, i tried to use the the static objects and entites from A machine for pigs, Until now i have a big map but before finish it i want to know something:

Can i use them?, i mean, can i have some problem if i use them? or can i use those items like the items from TDD without have any trouble?

I would like to know that before complete the map.
And i'll feel really grateful if someone gives me that information.
