If you want to be helpful you could provide some details. What country are you from? What currency did you use when trying to buy? Was this only one time or did you try several times? What OS and browser? The other 3, did they have the same problem or was it not related?

Germany, Euro, several times, Win7, Opera Chrome Firefox and IE8, using the https://store3.esellerate.net/store/chec...ayout.aspx link on the main page after entering the details. Similar story with my mates.

I have no credit cards so paypal is the only way for me to go - has worked perfectly for all my steam purchases, which was why i mentioned the steam preorder.
