My Hero fall down off the map !!!

Really strange problem.

I have my map which I tested very a lot of times and was everything fine. But now it's something strange becouse If I load this map in the game my hero fall down off the map!! but of course plane on this map as floor is on the map all the time. How repair this BUG ?
