I think on release of the tech demo of penumbra they were only 4 people! Dont know exactly! Now they are maybe few more. It wont be multilingual! Maybe they add some languages after release, but on release it will only be available in english! Think theres nothing planned for a retail box and they need publisher for this! Penumbra got a retail box in germany but you can buy it here or on steam too!
