How to make a corpse pig head in Model editor?

I'm trying to make just a corpse pig head, but I want to get it from the pig corpse model! can there be a way to crop the body but leave the head of the corpse model? I've tried everything but I couldn't do it in the model editor? at least it doesn't replace the pig corpse from the game I just want a corpse pig head!
