Sad  Is my mod going to get banned?

In my mod I am going to use some entities and static objects from Amnesia a machine for pigs, now in the credits I will mention a machine for pigs but I'm scared if I will get banned if I use their assets. because I want my custom story to have modern stuff or even custom entities and I don't know how to model so i don't know what to do Sad pls help
