1 = REMOVE ALL : TESMOD \ etc etc..
ONLY place this at the TOP : <Directory Path="/test_mod" AddSubDirs="true" />

Here is how it looks for me.

startup_1a <-- FIRST picture showing
startup_1b <-- Second Picture showing
