Come on bro, totally fake.
Pay attention to these facts:

- The guy took photos like a step-by-step instructions, he entered the "unknown-creepy" area right to the end taking photos and then he says he's staying at a friend's cause he's scared? Right, he takes photos, and he gets scared later.

- Abandoned area of the house? Looks too clean for me.

- Then the white blanket? Totally clean and set up. There's no rats or signs of them, no cockroaches or anything. No dust, no spider webs. And those fake remains look too "placed" and recent.

- The key. OMg, is a toy key, "we don't know what it opens yet" he says. It's a regular key for unimportant locks, look at its shape, what kind of lock would that open? It's plain. It even has a cute fish form in its base.

- It's obvious how the guy is trying to impress the reader with his fake story, he goes "So we went down.. bad idea" and alike.

- He's scared but he touched and took every object and took a photo of them? Then he went to his friend's. (?)
