I think you should be less afraid of working with more pointlights. Adding very weak, faintly darkgreen and larger pointlights around your green lightsources, as well as some smaller more intensive ones 'at selected spots'. Possibly have more saturation on the lights around the lightsources.. I also think that you might want to recolor the rain into something slightly more green

Thanks for the feedback! We do use a LOT of pointlights with every kind of function one could have, I think the screenshots are bad at capturing it though. However I will keep what you said in mind in the future!
