What makes you believe that you aren't able to execute it the way you wish? Many of us here started with little experience and a big idea. Some of us have succeeded and others have failed, but it's the biggest ideas we begin to learn from.

I would encourage you to at least give it a go. Even if your rooms are square, lacks amazing detail or has minimal scripting, take it one step at a time and improve things as you go!
