In this case:
The people who put their nude pictures on the cloud are
responsible, but least so since they trusted the company to be secure, but wrongfully judged it, and it turns out they put them on a platform that wasn't as secure as they thought.
The company is
more responsible since they failed to protect the private information for their customers who trusted in their ability to keep their information safe.
The hacker is the one at
fault though since he was the one who had the ill intentions to exploit all of this in the first place.
