Custom Entities and their minuses

Here I have a very big problem, maybe it's wrong place to put, but this problem made me stuck.

Is the someone who handle Cinema 4D, not Maya, (Maya is to hard to handle, for me)
and knows the reason why model root stays vertically - always, but object on movement or exporting everytime is horizontal, even if I rotate in on 90 degrees? Any help will be appreciated
